A big fan of Pasta I'm not, but for some reason I love Yakisoba Noodles, and the more ingredients that are thrown in to the Wok, the better it's going to be!  After a recent trip to FuBon, I was inspired to bust out some Vegetable Yakisoba and that's exactly what I did.  The ingredients included Sesame Oil, Black Vinegar, Light Soy, Fermented Black Beans, Garlic, Shallots, Baby Bok Choy, Snap Peas, Red Pepper, Sriracha, Hoisen, Carrots, Celery, Fried Onions and Yakisoba Noodles.  This is one Vegetarian Pasta that kicks some ass and other than a decent amount of knife work, its really quick in the Pan!
